The bright, sunny living room features a large couch, dining area, and reading corner. For entertainment, you have a 40-inch flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, and a hi-fi system with radio. Fast Wi-Fi is available. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and extensive cookware. The modern bathroom has a shower, raised toilet, and washbasin.



A special highlight is the 25 m² wooden terrace facing south, with an awning and comfortable garden furniture. An air-conditioned ventilation system ensures fresh air in all rooms. There is a lockable garden shed for your bicycles.
