”Me and friends stayed in 1 bedroom with 3 futons for 3 nights, the room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. As a hostel, there are many tourist and bag-packers and don't care much about cleaning the communal spaces but someone from the hostel came to clean every day, and that was very good! The hostel provides, slippers, shampoo, conditioner and washing and drying cloth. Location is perfect! very close to the Kawaguchiko station. I think is a very good hostel. thank you”

”The guesthouse is lovely and if you are lucky you may see the mount Fuji from all the clouds. The walk to the lake is nice, through some small streets and plantations. It is quite remote in the sense that often you have to take a train, bus and a taxi to get to the guesthouse. So plan for the long travel. There was no pick-up service offered and when leaving we got a ride because another family had a baby with them, but then it had to be on their schedule. ”

”This property is self check in. There is no front desk and staff are few and far between. They are largely out of sight. We did not receive our entry code information 24 hours ahead as promised. Multiple calls and intervention through Expedia finally got us the information needed. Once we were in the room, the hassle was well worth it. Beautiful, spacious, and lots of amenities. Fridge stocked with free drinks and snacks. Private onsen in room. Very modern, high tech and immaculate. ...
