”Clean rooms with immediate and quick room service when requested. Staff are professional and respectful. Location is a quiet and serene atmosphere. The double pool, one for kids, and the other for adults is great for family. The beach view is just 👌. Numerous beach chairs with trampoline is great. Food and waiting service is also good. A perfect get-away from the hectic and busy lifestyle.”

”Check in was horrible. Slow and they didnt even know I had booked. Multiple calls were made before i saw my room My room was not nice. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. No bathroom mat. FLUSH DIDNT WORK. I had to use the bidet to fill up the water. Flies in the room. No soap. Luckily i had my own. Pool was dirty. ( i didnt use it but i saw) Only plus side is that there was an AC. ”

”We eventually had a lovely time at Menai beach bungalows. There were a few issues but Mohammad and his staff were so lovely and helpful that it made the whole experience a lot of fun. The food was great and the staff in the restaurant, bar area we're delightful. Mohammed has just taken the place on and he said he has a plan to improve some of the facilities that need improvement. The sunsets are amazing. It's a really nice quiet place with lovely gardens. A real Zanzibarian treat that needs to...

”This property is beautiful and breathtaking. The views and the finishes are immaculate. Everything was clean and luxurious. The food and the staff on the other hand were not. It took over an hour for our food and waters to come. The orders were totally wrong. 2/3 of us actually got sick because they did not listen to our food allergies. We waited 30 minutes for our bill to come. And then, after a small disagreement were told, we didn’t have to pay for food that we didn’t actually eat. It just...

”An excellent spot in the Stonetown. We stayed a couple of nights in Espresso. This location is near to the harbour area, and many shops for souvenirs or daily needs. The room was clean and spaceous, a slight surprise was the separate but private washroom - understandable in an old building with history and character. The service is excellent, and the breakfast was very versatile. High recommendations!”
