”This is an amazing property to stay in Zanzibar. We were upgraded to the frangipani villa which was spacious and well appointed. The private pool was great. The main swimming pool is huge and doesn’t get too crowded. The food options at the main dining room were good with a lot of vegetarian options for breakfast and dinner. Beverage options are nice and reasonably priced. The complimentary fruits at mid morning and ice cream at mid afternoon around the pool area are a great touch. The staff is...

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in diesem Hotel! Die Atmosphäre war einfach toll, und das gesamte Team war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und wunderschön gestaltet – wirklich ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Das Essen war morgens, mittags und abends immer lecker und abwechslungsreich, da war für jeden etwas dabei!

”I loved the outdoor area for made for serious chilling by the pool. The pool is nice too, not too cold water.
The restaurant is good, not super but good enough and it's safe to eat here. The menu is quite varied but after 3-4 days it gets a bit boring. They do provide daily specials though.
The room is simple but in good size. Shower ok. Bed is comfortable but the sheets really need to be changed for new ones.
Service is good, not especially friendly or attentive but not rude either.”
”The place is great for a retreat. The lodges are spaceful, with air and view, very unique. In addition, I especially enjoyed the service from the Manager Martin: I had told him I was arriving late and couple sandwiches were waiting at my room so that I wouldn't go to bed with an empty stomach. And I asked him to organize for me a fishing party which he did fantastically and for a very reasonable price. I went early morning an hour out from the coast fishing Tuna with good and experienced guys....
”What I liked the most is that the entire hotel was built around 10 living palmtrees. Trees are still growing (there are holes for them in the floor between ground floor and the first floor) and providing shade for guests and living room for birds.”
