”We liked everything about our stay....although we didn't take advantage of the breakfast, fitness center, or pool.....There is a bar on site(which would have been nice to have open longer, *but there is an Outback right next door to the hotel) We travel to Lansing yearly and we will definitely be staying here again. ***We even had an alert to take shelter for a tornado while we where staying here. The staff made sure to call all rooms for those who didn't receive the alert of their phones....

”My room had a sofa bed and apparently they don’t change the linen on those or make sure the mattress is clean. It had stains and either dead bugs or dirt on it. I took pictures and showed the front desk. The response was “we’ll see what we can do TOMORROW.” No discount, refund or “guarantee.” I had to go back AGAIN to the front desk in the morning because no one came to address the problem because my complaint wasn’t passed on. Luckily my other family members weren’t coming until the next...

”Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience.”

”There was no hot tub. The pull out couch was broken and the mattress was stained various disgusting colors. The AC didn't work. Staff was extremely friendly and as helpful as they could be.”

”The pool had no towel , you can only get 4 towels a day they tv doesn’t work , the staff will follow you ariubd the property , then lick you out after you bring up the problems”

”Our floors in both rooms were wet and deteriorating. When we stepped in to the bathroom, water poured out from the bottom of tub. There seemed that people “lived” here and our rooms seemed like smoke and weed.”

”The room was awesome loved the walk in shower and the little nook for your towel so you don't even have to get out. Loved the mirror as well and the microwave mini fridge and coffee station it was all hidden only thing I didn't like was paying $15 for parking”

”Double Tree is usually a pretty safe choice for a quiet good nights sleep! I dinged a star overall as the bed we had was pretty "broken" down. If you were sleeping on one side or the other, you can feel the "slope" down to the middle, regardless if you are a side sleeper or back sleeper. Usually would not bother me - but now have some back issues and a decent bed is worth it's weight especially when traveling. This is a first at a Double Tree for me. Won't keep me from coming back. Though...

”I liked how clean it was but as far as price it could have been lower considering I saw a few roaches in my room and there was none of the things available that was offered like breakfast and everything else was closed ( pool, bar, lounge) no ice available no vending machines and they offered wifi and they had none and you won't know until you check in. But overall now that I know this I will still recommend it”
