Lovely condo, the kitchen is functional with everything you need to cook at home, and when they renovate later this year that will be the final touch on this lovely condo.”

”Andreias apartment has very good location. We enjoyed whole three months we stayed there. Balcony was nice place to look at sea and the nice park, lot of dogs playing and running. Children playing...full of life. Easy to go anywhere, cafe, restaurants, market, levada, many buses to go to Funchal, not too long to walk there. We already miss back. Anja and Hannu from Finland”

Needed more than one fan didn't ask if could have more as weather just becoming hot as left. The warning of very late night , very early morning noise , music, talking, putting away and setting out restaurants was accurate, so we expected it. ”Kaikin puolin mukava asunto. Aikalailla kaikki tarvittava löytyi asunnosta. Kahvinkeitin olisi voinut olla tyyliä yleismalli tai mutteripannu. Se oli Dolce Gusto -kone, johon kahvi on hieman kallista. Asunto sijaitsi ylimmässä kerroksessa, joten näköalat olivat erittäin mukavat. Huonona puolena mainittakoon, että vesipaine ei riittänyt ihan tuonne 7. kerrokseen asti, oli nimittäin hieman heikko suihku. Talon alakerrassa oli ruokakauppa, välittömässä läheisyydessä ravintoloita, kahviloita,...

We have received a phone number, which we should contact as soon as we land because of the suitcases. Unfortunately, no one was available there and also was not answered to our message. ”We just finished a week in this Funchal apartment with my family. It was very nice, even better than the photos. The furnishing were very comfortable, and the entire apartment was very clean with no wear. We were happy with the location as it is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist activities. We would be happy to stay here again.”

”Marcos was the best host. Communicated with us until we arrived safely, provided suggestions for restaurants and the schedule for the flower festival. The house could not be in a more perfect location. We could walk anywhere we wanted in.a short amount of time. A street with numerous restaraunts is right outside your door and another street is nearby. We tried a few and all were good . Must go across the street to the Rum House.. taste the almond rum…yummy! Overall this place was just perfect...

”Nice small but cozy room, own kitchen and bathroom. The owner gave us some usefull tips and was overall really sweet. Its quite far from the center if you decide to walk and also the road is really steep. ”

”I liked the place was great clean , quiet the entrance is down an ally with a restaurant which is fine but once restaurant closes it is very dark . I would stay there again . Ordering a car service if you have 4 pp better price than bus service and more personable ”

”A fabulous location, and surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of the old town. Apartment 1 is at the top of the building with 2 steep staircases to navigate. But once up there it is airy and bright with everything you could need. No hanging space for clothes but lots of room to store items flat. Accommodating and quick response to messages with host. ”Viikosta jäi perushyvät fiilikset, hinta-laatusuhde oli kohdallaan. Vierestä menee vilkasliikenteinen katu, jonka melu tulee häiritsevästi kadunpuoleisiin huoneisiin. Hotelli oli kaikkinensa siisti ja raikas, mutta vastaanoton ei voi kehua ystävällisestä asiakaspalvelusta. Poikkeuksena aamiaishenkilökunta, joka tervehti aina huomaavaisesti ja toivotti hyvät päivänjatkot. Hotellin yhteydessä ravintola, jonka sisäänheittäjänä toimii yli 30-vuotias papukaija. Ruoka ei pettänyt tälläkään kertaa, ja...

”Huoneen oven alla sentin rako, joten kaikki äänet käytäviltä kuului huoneeseen. Asiasto ja ruokailuvälineet kuluneita ja osittain eriparia. Pyyhkeiden vaihdossa aina jokin pyyhe puuttui. Hotellin vieressä rakennustyömää josta ei mainittu hotellin sivustolla. Allasalue tylsä. Aamiainen ja päivällinen ok, mutta ruokasali meluisa. Emme mene toista kertaa. Kolme tähteä,on kolme tähteä.”

”Perushyvä hotelli, hyvät ja mukavat huoneet, upea näköala 10.kerroksesta, hyvä palvelu, kaikki tarpeellinen. Joitain puutteita esim. suihku meni tilapäisesti rikki, korjattiin ja autettiin kuitenkin nopeasti.”
