With a simple and contemporary decoration, designed for the comfort and well-being of guests, this apartment gathers all the facilities to enjoy a beautiful holiday in Madeira Island, in a work or leisure context.

The apartment includes a living area, a TV with cable channels, a well-equipped kitchen in open space, with a dining area. The bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom inside, with a shower cubicle. This property can accommodate two adults and one child (maximum), as it has a sofa bed for one person in the living room. Apartment with access to the terrace, which offers a fantastic seating area. In this space, you can take the opportunity to enjoy a nice meal outdoors. The building has a common entrance and is located in Rua da Alegria, one of the arteries near the La Vie Shopping Centre. Wi-Fi available in all areas. Flat in a building with stairs and no private parking available.

AREA
Building located in the Funchal city center. From this building you will be able to know all the downtown and main points of interest. It is situated right next to restaurants, shopping centres, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Municipal Garden, Funchal Marina and Municipal Theatre. In the city center there is plenty of information about all kinds of activities you can do during your holidays: cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer any questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
