Upon entering, we are greeted by the living room, flooded with natural light, which combines a comfortable sofa area — perfect for relaxing and watching television at the end of the day — with a dining area equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends.



The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to complete dinners, also featuring a practical area with a washing machine, iron, and essential utensils, ensuring total comfort during your stay.



The property has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and another with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort. Additionally, there is a common bathroom for use by all guests, ensuring practicality and flexibility.



Outside, guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool, children's playground and covered garage for one car, combining leisure and functionality in the same space.
