Welcome to CityZen by Atlantic Holiday, a charming apartment located in the heart of Funchal, Madeira Island. This cozy yet well-equipped apartment is perfect for couples, families, or friends, accommodating up to 3 guests.



The apartment features one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. The living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, ideal for two additional guests, as well as a second bathroom with a shower for added convenience.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for your stay, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and other necessary items for cooking. The apartment also includes a smart TV with box, a washing machine, and a hairdryer to ensure a comfortable stay.



Enjoy Madeira’s mild climate with a large balcony, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The apartment is situated on the first floor, in a prime location close to shops, restaurants, and a shopping center, making it easy to explore the vibrant city of Funchal. Bus stops are also within walking distance, offering easy access to other parts of the island.



Private parking is not available, but the location makes it convenient to get around. We also provide all bed linen and bath towels for your stay.



Check-in is from 16:00 to 05:00, and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
