Next to the entrance of the building there is a café, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and 240 meters away there is a restaurant.It is 1.1 km from the Continente supermarket, 1.8 km from the Lido Bathing Complex, 2.4 km from the Funchal Marina and 3 km from the Mercado dos Lavradores.There are bus stops next to the building and there is easy access by car to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.REMARKSThe apartment is located in a high-density residential area with shops and services where there is potential traffic noise, especially during the day and if the windows are open. There are construction works nearby, with potential noise during the day on weekdays.The building under construction across the street takes away the sea view from the balcony.Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food waste and keep food well packaged.People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when traveling around the island.Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels.The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.CONDITIONS1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.3.
