Brand new apartment with a modern and minimalist style, featuring two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The property enjoys abundant natural light and a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area (including a sofa bed) and an open-plan dining area connected to a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for family meals. The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers a pleasant leisure area with a pool and views over Funchal city. The apartment accommodates up to five people and includes private parking and Wi-Fi throughout.

AREA
Located near the São João Baptista do Pico Fortress and a children’s playground with a friendly bar/café. A short walk brings you to the heart of Funchal, Madeira’s capital, with attractions like the Cruzes Museum, Cruzes Viewpoint, Santa Clara Convent, and the Universe of Memories of João Carlos Abreu nearby. Shopping centers, supermarkets, pharmacies, hairdressers, retail stores, and other services are within walking distance. The city center offers a variety of cultural, adventure, and nature activities.

GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If you rent a car, navigation apps will easily guide you to the address. There is a bus stop just 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Guests have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to assist or answer questions and strive to respond promptly. Guests also have access to an app with important property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. A payment link will be provided upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
