This spacious 120m², 3-bedroom apartment in Madeira is the ideal retreat for families and friends seeking a relaxing getaway. Located on the 4th floor of a modern building with lift access, the apartment offers comfort, convenience, and stunning views, perfect for your island escape.

The bright and welcoming living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a projector for movie nights or catching up on your favorite TV shows, and a dining table.

Step outside onto the private balcony, where you’ll find a dining table perfect for al fresco meals The balcony creates an inviting space to unwind with a drink and soak up the Madeiran sun. On warm days, enjoy a refreshing dip in the shared pool.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the kitchen also features a dishwasher to make clean-up effortless, while a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment ensure all your laundry needs are taken care of.

The apartment’s three bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a private balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom features another king-sized bed, a dedicated desk for remote work or study, and its own wardrobe. The third bedroom, furnished with two single beds, also offers ample wardrobe space, making it perfect for additional guests or children. All beds are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

There are two modern bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

For guests traveling with a vehicle, the apartment offers private parking for one car, ensuring hassle-free access throughout their stay.

The area surrounding the property offers a variety of attractions and experiences, making it a prime spot for those looking to explore the heart of Funchal and enjoy everything this vibrant island city has to offer.

One of the most significant attractions nearby is the Funchal Old Town (Zona Velha), a charming district filled with narrow, cobbled streets, colourful buildings, and traditional Madeiran houses. The area is known for its unique doors, painted by local artists, turning each street corner into a mini-art gallery. Rua de Santa Maria, a popular street in this neighbourhood, is brimming with restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy local cuisines, like espetada (skewered beef) or black scabbardfish with banana.

Not far from the property is the Funchal Marina, which offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding hills of Madeira. The marina is a great place for a leisurely stroll, where you can admire the many yachts and boats docked there or simply relax with a drink at one of the waterfront cafes. The nearby Avenida do Mar also provides scenic walkways along the ocean, perfect for an evening walk or a morning jog.

If you're interested in Madeira's rich history and culture, a short distance is the Madeira Story Centre, a museum that offers an immersive experience of the island's past, from its volcanic origins to the age of discovery. You’ll also be close to the Funchal Cathedral (Sé Cathedral), one of the city's oldest and most important buildings. The cathedral, built in the 16th century, is known for its Gothic architecture and beautiful wooden ceiling made from local wood.

Finally, the area is well-connected to other parts of the city and the island. Public transportation is easily accessible, allowing you to explore further afield, such as the stunning Cabo Girão Skywalk, one of the highest cliffs in Europe, or head into the interior of the island for hiking trails through the Laurisilva Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
