It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

The living area features a cosy sitting space with a double sofa bed, a TV for laid-back evenings, and a dining table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen creates a welcoming setting for cooking and socialising, complete with an oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential cookware. A small sunroom with a washing machine adds extra convenience during your stay.

The bedroom is tastefully decorated and designed for comfort, featuring a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space — ensuring guests feel right at home throughout their stay.

A shared bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

Guests can also take advantage of the beautiful shared swimming pool outside — a perfect spot to unwind, , soak up the sun, and enjoy a refreshing swim during their stay and the shared garden for the building.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 7th floor and the building has elevator.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
