The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a washer, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms have a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and multiple storage space.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, the property offers private parking for one car, making it convenient for guests travelling with their vehicle.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

São Martinho is a charming and vibrant parish located in the western part of Funchal, renowned for its stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding hills. The area enjoys a mild, subtropical climate, making it an ideal destination for year-round outdoor activities.

One of the most popular spots in São Martinho is the Lido Promenade, a beautiful coastal walkway lined with palm trees, gardens, and numerous cafés and restaurants. This scenic promenade offers breathtaking ocean views and access to several natural swimming pools and lidos, perfect for a relaxing day by the water.

The parish also boasts a variety of local shops, boutiques, and markets where visitors can purchase local crafts, souvenirs, and fresh produce. This makes it easy to experience the local culture and take home a piece of Madeira.

For outdoor enthusiasts, São Martinho is a paradise. The area offers numerous hiking and walking trails, including the popular Levada walks. These trails follow the traditional irrigation channels and provide stunning views of the island’s landscape, making them a must-visit for nature lovers.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, AV M Soares D1, is just a 3-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
