Located on the 1st floor, accessible by lift, the building's entrance also requires climbing a few steps.

Inside, the inviting living room features two comfortable sofas, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Step out onto the private balcony with its seating area and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, making it easy to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. For added convenience, the apartment features a dishwasher, a washer, and ironing equipment to take care of laundry needs effortlessly.

The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, with ample storage space for your belongings.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Additional amenities include private parking for one car, perfect for those travelling with their own vehicle, and access to a shared pool where guests can unwind and have fun together.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, APS Caracas S, is just a 1-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
