Olimpo I is an elegant 3-bedroom apartment situated in a calm, well-served area of Funchal. With a maximum capacity of 6 guests, it’s perfect for families, friends, or groups looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

The apartment features three bedrooms: one with two single beds, ideal for guests who prefer separate beds; one with a double bed; and a third with a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom, providing added privacy. There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway.

The living room is spacious and filled with natural light, with direct access to a balcony perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a second balcony and a laundry area, offering all the amenities needed for short or extended stays.

The private parking ensures security and convenience throughout your stay.

AREA

Located in central Funchal, Olimpo I is close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. Although spacious, the property is not recommended for small children. A true urban retreat, ideal for exploring the best of Madeira in comfort and tranquility.

GETTING AROUND

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
