Located in Funchal, next to the promenade and the quiet beach of Doca do Cavacas, this modern two-bedroom flat is ideal for those seeking comfort and practicality during their stay in Madeira. The renovated flat offers a contemporary and cosy atmosphere, accommodating up to six people—perfect for families or groups of friends.

Both spacious bedrooms feature double beds, and there is an office for remote work. The living room includes a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The flat has a full bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. Air conditioning is available in every room for year-round comfort. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the balcony, an ideal spot to relax at sunset. Additional amenities include a private car park and a lift for easy access.

AREA
Situated in one of Funchal's most prestigious tourist areas, this flat is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira shopping centre, which has several renowned international brands and cinemas.
Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine or international dishes. In addition to the nearby options, you can also go to the city centre of Funchal (five minutes away by car) where you will find a greater variety of restaurants and tourist attractions.
Next to the flat you'll find a beach with a natural swimming pool where you can take your morning dip. It’s also just 5-minutes walk to get to Praia Formosa.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
