”Hotel is good. Could use a little updating. The room was spacious and very nice. The breakfast was average, nothing special but it came with the room. The wine tasting room seemed dark, It is on the lower level and not much natural light. It was a beautiful day when we went down there, after one glass, we wanted to leave and be outside. Overall, the hotel is ok, it was worth the $$. ”

”Breakfast was fair but could have been better with coffee and hot water weren’t available at the water dispenser to make teas. Was empty. Coffee taste like water not strong enough.”

”Seems like a new property and it is well-maintained. The check in staff was super friendly. The room side facing the pool was quiet and we could not hear freeway noise at all. The sink faucet was a little beat-up, but it functioned well enough to get us through. The underground parking is good and appears safe, but we weren't sure if anyone was watching it. Great location near old town and we plan to return one day.”

”The breakfast options are very poor. The Italian shoppe… breakfast options were not very well thought out. Some of the options are served in paper plates, and the egg and toast dishes are served on a plastic tray… and you have to eat them with plastic ware… they break very frequently, getting plastic remains in your food. Toast wasn’t toast, it wasn’t even forcacia bread.. very dense and doughy. Simple coffee choices , weren’t so simple . Not a good value for the price that was paid . Just...

”Everything is ok here - as you would expect for the type of accommodation - except for the staff. Horrible service. I booked 4 nights and my key card stopped working EVERY DAY! I had to keep going back to re-program it. And this is AFTER I told the lady at the front desk I was there for another three nights. ”This hotel was not very well maintained and not very clean. Breakfast was absolutely horrible and most of the food was cold, all the tables were dirty and sticky and lots of food on the floor, lots of spots on the chairs so we were not very satisfied with our stay. The room was scuffed a lot, and the bathroom light did not work, so yes, not a place we will come back to, but the staff was really nice and very accommodating.”
