I would give this place zero stars if I could. The room I was initially given was dirty, the sheets and blankets were visibly stained, and the entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes and mold. When I went to the front desk to report the issue, Sonia, the receptionist, was rude and dismissive when I explained that the bedding was dirty, stained, and smelled bad.
She said the manager authorized moving me to another room, but unfortunately the second room was just as bad. The bed sheets were again stained and had an unpleasant smell, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures advertised online.
When I requested to cancel my reservation and receive a refund because of the conditions, the front desk gave me a very hard time. I was working with Expedia to try to resolve the situation. During that process, Sonia at the front desk appeared to deliberately avoid answering Expedia’s calls, which made resolving the issue even more frustrating.
Overall, this was a horrible experience. The rooms were dirty, the customer service was unprofessional, and the property did not match what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here.
