Casa Fortuna is a very nice, newly renovated apartment located on a side street, 300 meters from the main road, a grocery store, and the bus stop. Located on the first floor of a family home, it features two double bedrooms (one with twin beds), two bathrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a small covered garden in front of the apartment, air conditioning, FREE Wi-Fi, parking, and a hot tub with a stunning ocean view.
Casa Fortuna was my lovely grandmother’s home ❤️ The apartment is located on the first floor, right on the street—just two steps away—with parking next to the entrance.All the spaces shown in the photos are private and for your exclusive use. There’s a lovely garden right in front of the property with a table and chairs for enjoying lunch or dinner at sunset. There’s also a nice space just across the street, with a table and chairs, an outdoor shower, a BBQ, and a hammock.
There is a large, bright bedroom with a window overlooking the garden. One small double bedroom with separable beds and a small window above. A bright living room with a kitchen and dining table, a 55" Smart TV, an American-style coffee maker, an espresso machine, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms with showers. Just 300 meters away: a bus stop, a grocery store, a café, and a restaurant... Great restaurants and things to do are within walking distance!

The tax rate is 2.00 euros per person per night for the first 7 nights. The tax is intended to support the maintenance of tourist infrastructure, with the goal of improving the quality of services.
Children under 10 years of age are exempt. Upon arrival, a valid identification document is required, which will be forwarded solely and exclusively to the appropriate police headquarters. The data will then be promptly deleted.
