”Parked on the street free of charge. Great experience with keysafe and accessing property:rooms. Clean and well thought out rooms. Plenty of tea/coffee and toiletries in the bathroom. Hairdryer, soft chair, dressing table area. Satisfied with grab and go breakfast ( we got a good deal) so had this then went out for breakfast at the Courtyard nearby. Very happy and will stay again and recommend to family and friends. Would prefer lower room rather than 2 flights of stairs due to mobility but...

Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked. ”I stayed at the hotel between the 11-13 of July. Very hot weekend. Price of the hotel included PARKING and air conditioning. When I arrived I found out there is only a fan with water in the room. I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know.
