Villa Petra is a beautiful seafront villa for holidays in Santa Maria di Leuca. It`s cozy and characterized by a Mediterranean style, accommodating up to 6 guests. The
villa is characterized by the typical dry-stone walls which camouflages
it with the cliff. The area of the villa is relaxing, surrounded by
nature and with view on the sea. Moreover, there is a fully refurbished
typical trullo.
The villa is introced by a gate which opens into a
parking with gazebo and the staircase leading to the house. Moreover,
in the garden there are a barbecue area with wood-burning oven and a beautiful furnished terrace with breathtaking view on the sea and porch swing.
On the terrace there is the trullo which is renovated into a characteristic and cool double bedroom.
The villa opens into a living room with kitchenette and a half bath with toilet and sink. The
backyard is accessible from this area of the house and it is furnished
with table and chairs and wood-burning oven.
The spiral staircase from the living room arrives at the sleeping area, which consists of 3 double bedrooms,
one of which with ensuite bathroom with tub and shower and washing
machine and another full bathroom. One of the bedrooms is in the trullo,
while the other two bathrooms have access to the terrace with view on
the sea.

The
holiday home is in Santa Marina di Leuca, on the eastern coast,
characterized by suggestive cliff on the sea and extraordinary caves on
the sea. The villa is less than 3 kilometers away from the beautiful
city centre


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- There is a small above-ground swimming pool located on the last terrace, available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
