”Everyone was helpful and friendly. Food was delicious. Scrambled eggs were hot, bacon was delicious and potatoes were great. Sausage and biscuits also fresh. Room was clean. Room 414 needs a new bed near the bathroom. Super uncomfortable. Felt the springs. Otherwise everything was great. ”

”We have stayed in Cookeville several times and this was by far the best room we've ever had! Usually Holiday inn Express is too expensive for us but this time for some reason it wasn't. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The kitchen for the breakfast was immaculate. They had a great variety of food. I just can't say enough about this hotel for the money. It's the beds are comfy. It was just great experience and we were there for a funeral so it made it much more enjoyable to have a good...

”The room was clean , the housekeeper was great, got new towels and cleaned up every day. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Really for the money it was way better place than i deserved. No odors. It is not quite a 3 star hotel . However for a 2 star hotel i give it 5 stars. If it claims to be a 3 star place id only give it 3 stars. Maintenence would have to be better and a hot breakfast with eggs sausage and fruit would have to be there.”

”The staff when I checked in was so very friendly, and when I checked out ( Jessica) I think was her name, was also friendly. Breakfast staff was very helpful and so friendly. Great customer service. It’s a beautiful hotel and it’s well run. You have a great staff. We enjoyed the stay so much and we will definitely do it again. ”

”We stayed for one night as part of a road trip and could not have picked a better location. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was well located and had access to local restaurants as required. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and at breakfast and enjoyed all the food.”
