Whether you’re visiting for a University of Florida event, a weekend getaway, or a family trip, there’s plenty of sleeping space for everyone to settle in and feel at home.

You’ll find 2 Living Rooms, each thoughtfully furnished with sofa beds, providing additional sleeping options and making the home especially convenient for larger groups.

Guests can also take advantage of free street parking when additional parking is needed. Whether you’re staying for a weekend getaway or an extended visit, you can enjoy the convenience of having accessible parking close to your home away from home.



Guest Access:

Full access to the home, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. 3 parking spaces in the driveway + free street parking.



The Neighborhood:

Located within Gainesville's Historic Pleasant Street neighborhood within walking distance to the University of Florida and Downtown Gainesville.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft easily accessible right in front of the house! We recommend taking advantage of the location and have some adventures on foot!!



Other Things to Note:

🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee

🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest

🐕 A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per stay. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies to each pet. For your pet's safety and the security of the property, pets must be kept in a crate whenever they are left unattended in the home.



⚠️ Your reservation may be subject to a Security Deposit/Authorization Hold, this applies to some booking but not all of them. Please inquire if you'd like to know more



🔔 Guest App & Verification: After booking, you’ll be required to complete our Guest App before check-in. This includes required verification steps such as the rental agreement, ID verification, and applicable refundable security deposit or non-refundable damage waiver. You’ll receive access to the app immediately after booking, where you’ll find your check-in/out details, early check-in/late check-out options, local guide, property information, and door codes once the required steps are completed. Completing the Guest App ensures your self-check-in is quick, easy, and seamless!

🎥 We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

🔊 We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us

🔥Please note that propane tanks are not refilled between stays, as it is the guest’s responsibility to refill them if needed. If you do refill the tank during your stay, just send us the receipt, and we’ll gladly reimburse you

🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 6 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

🧹 Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself

🗑️ Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash days are Wednesday, if your stay falls that day we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb

🔧 Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should

❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
