Gator Grove - Queen Ann White - New Build!

Enjoy our spacious, new, property that is only 2.2 miles from the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium! We are perfect for any University of Florida stay or Gainesville visit.

Our home is a brand new build with all new furniture, appliances, and amenities. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped for cooking. We have 3 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

Walking distance to Cypress & Grove brewery and local walking/bike trail. Enjoy a central location on a peaceful, safe, street!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable brand new house! The hosts were welcoming and communication was easy and fast. The beds were very comfortable and the master bathroom is gorgeous! We loved the clean, open floor plan and kitchen. It was unusually cold while we were there (snow in north Florida!) so a few throw blankets for the living room would’ve been nice while watching tv. This would be an excellent game day house! We were in town for a UF campus tour for our daughter and she also had some Zoom meetings scheduled and the wi-fi worked perfectly. Would 100% stay here again!

Excellent home

Quiet, Clean & Attentive

We will be here at least twice a year and will start our search at this location each and every time! Publix is in walking distance and there are several restaurants in that plaza. The wings place, A? Wings, was enjoyed by everyone in the house. It's new construction, so there were a few things in need of attention, and staff jumped on it right away; leaving us with an excellent overall experience!!!!!

Absolutely amazing

We had never stayed in one of these units before, as we were always concerned about cleanliness and safety. However, this place exceeded our expectations—it was absolutely spotless, not even a speck of dust on the windows. I felt completely safe; the area was very quiet, and other units were occupied as well, which was reassuring. From now on, I’ll definitely look for and stay in one of these units whenever I’m in Gainesville.Thank you!

Spacious, family-friendly home

We were very impressed with the easy check-in, communication with the property manager, Nicholas, and the cleanliness of the home. It was a very spacious home that provided our twin toddlers with a lot of space to move around. We are used to sleeping in darkness and it was difficult with the soft layered blinds at night, so we switched to the bedroom with darker layered blinds. There is construction being done on the lot, but we did not mind the noise as our kids wake us up by 7:00am anyways. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and will book here if we are ever back in town!

I will definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay. Property is beautiful. Three bedrooms 2.5 baths just as pictured. Has a beautiful porch. Across the street is a community garden which you are welcome to check out - many plants and tropical fruit trees. There is a tree lined, mostly shaded bike path at the end of the street, not sure how far it goes, but we walked all the way down to University and 6th. WiFi didn’t work when we got there, but problem was resolved within minutes of reaching out to property manager. Outstanding communication. We ended up renting on the weekend of Helene. Manager communicated with us and checked to make sure we had power after the storm (we did). Easy check in and out. Super friendly and attentive support staff. This is one great, well run property.
