”This home was an excellent property so cozy, so centrally located to the beautiful wine country of North Georgia. Wish we had more time to explore this area. Can’t say enough about the home itself. It had everything we needed or wanted.”

”Great house, great location. Walkable to downtown but we drove because I was pretty sure the steep hills would be too much for me. Lots of free parking options downtown. Such a sweet downtown! We also drove to Gibbs Gardens, about a 45 minutes drive. SO worth it! We'd definitely stay here again.”

”Five stars all the way! The hosts were very communicative from the start and had very detailed instructions for check in, WiFi password, tv usage, directions to the property, and check out process. The property was perfect for my family of four - adults in the bedroom, one teen up in the loft and another teen on the sleeper sofa. Plenty of bed linens and towels for our stay, and enough kitchenware for meals when we didn’t want to go to a restaurant. Very close to Helen and all of the magic that...

”We stayed 20 nights so got a flavor for the Mountain Forrest . Really great location close to Helen & Clarksville. Gravel Road in was in need of grading but that was our fault as we were in a highway sedan. Would stay again!!”

”Absolutely wonderful "cabin" with every amenity needed. It was in the 80's during our stay, so the temperture in the unit was perfect. Firepit was cozy and a good place to watch shooting stars. This is a must visit home. :-)”

”Wonderful Tiny Cottage located right outside the city of Athens, but a short distance to the university, downtown, and shopping areas. The cottage is well-stocked, comfortable with a nice size bathroom and shower. At the back is a private sitting area. Plus Hannah is a wonderful host that will answer your questions promptly!”
