The 18th-century stone farmhouse juts out on a hillside surrounded by forests of oak, beech, chestnut, downy oak, holm oak and strawberry trees, and overlooks the Val d'Orcia with a view as far as Mount Amiata.

Renovated respecting form and typical, natural materials, the green-built interiors are adapted to today's needs but following energy-saving philosophies.

The independent apartments offer hospitality to couples, families and groups seeking warm simplicity and a harmonious relationship with the environment and those who live there.

Our predominantly vegetarian/vegan organic kitchen offers a hearty breakfast with tasty and fragrant farm and native products. (Lunch and dinner by reservation).

One of our guiding goals is to offer those who come a genuine experience with high contact with nature by supporting small local and regional farmers.



The Cestaio apartment (111m2) is an ideal apartment for large families or groups. It has a large dining room and kitchen that allows for moments of conviviality.

It has independent access via an external staircase with a balcony.

It has: eat-in kitchen, with an armchair-bed, large stove top, 4 induction stove and economic wood stove, water kettle, coffee mocha, refrigerator with freezer cell and a large table, a room with 3 beds (one double bed,one single bed) and shower bathroom with window, a room with 2 beds (single beds with shower bathroom with window.

The "basket maker's" and "herbalist's" apartment are nearby and can be made communicating for up to 12 people.
