”We had nice 2 night stay at Palazzo San Niccolo. Hotel is located right in the center of village. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had welcoming drinks at the check in and reception boy took our luggage to our room. We had room at top floor. Room was clean and good size. Breakfast was good with fresh fruits.”

”Hotel is nice and really clean, very friendly and helpful staff! Hotel would have been perfect without next room's very very noicy guests, and also my bed was "noicy" every time I moved. Good breakfast, fine parking places, really good free wi-fi. Next room's visitors awfull behavior /shouting in the nights, was not of course hotels faul.”

”조용히 쉬고싶을 때 일주일 정도 지내다오면 좋을 것 같아요. 수영장도 주변이 넘 아름다워서 천국같았어요. 룸도 넓고 모든 곳에서 향기가 났으며, 주인분의 인테리어 감각이 정말 대단하다고 느꼈어요. 1박만 해서 아쉬웠어요. 아울렛도 가까워서 쇼핑하고 오면서 큰 마트가 있어서 들러서 맥주나 와인 사서 왔어요. 근데 주변 환경이 환경인만큼 모기가 많으니 주의해야해요. 저희 가족은 엄청 물렸는데 이탈리아 모기가 더 가려운 것 같아요. ”

”This place is amazing! The wine is incredible, the staff is great, and the lodging is prefect. If you want a charming, quiet place to stay in the middle of Tuscany with many vineyards nearby and a scenic old Italian feel, this is the place!”

”Had a lovely stay, the village is cozy and has good services. Also the hotel itself is a historical site, so definitely worth exploring! We had a car (which I think is almost a must since it is a bit of a drive to Florence for instance), the parking was free so that was a huge plus. Also the location is perfect to explore whole Tuscany. We drove to Pisa and the cost as well as the surroundings. Great stay!”

She made plenty of calls to reserve a wine tasting experience and an opera show for us and gave us advice on how to get around town. The customer service at this hotel is exceptionally great!
