Apartment with high-quality finishes in a residential complex with swimming pool and tennis courts (please verify opening dates before booking), reachable from Lecco in 5 minutes. Upon arrival at the residence, access to the apartment is through a small internal path. Entering from the north side, you step directly into a small hallway that opens into the living room, the main feature of the apartment, thanks to the imposing glass window overlooking the private garden and sunset over the lake. A large sofa facing the fireplace and a large dining table complete the furnishings of the living room. Next to it is the spacious kitchen, also with a garden view, and fully equipped with all accessories. 
The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed and an additional pull-out bed. The house is complemented by two bathrooms, one in the sleeping area equipped with a jacuzzi bathtub, and one with a shower in the living area.
In front of the living room, there is a porch with an outdoor table, followed by a fully fenced garden. The single bedroom also has a small fenced terrace available.
Ideal for families or couples looking for exciting locations on Lake Como, with its strategic location near Lecco, it is also often used for business trips.

The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
