"Most of the things in this place were great like the view, bed, service, cleanliness etc. The staff was supportive and very clear. The only things we didn't like were mould in the shower, broken furniture like chair and wardrobe in the room and a spooky lift. But since we were in Milan to explore the city and have a place to sleep, this fitted in our budget as well as the neighbourhood is great, with great local bars and pizzeria nearby as well as the metro."

"We booked this based on the good reviews, but unfortunately I can’t understand those. The hotel lobby and gym were nice and clean and breakfast was good. Our room was outdated, our window faced a wall and other rooms’ windows. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeky. We only had one big blanket and when we asked for another one, they did not bring sheets. I then went and asked for sheets and they gave me one (which was not enough for the blanket) and then the next day the cleaner took it away. The shower was very irritating, because the water temperature dropped constantly. The shower drain was blocked. Also, people wrote that the food was tasty - it was not. We ate at the hotel bistro once and it was not good, just overpriced. The best thing here was that the staff was very friendly and helpful. But it wouldn’t be enough for me to stay there again."

Jos kuitenkin on matkallaan ajatellut viettää aikansa Milanon keskustassa, kannattaa miettiä keskeisemmältä sijainnilta majoitusta.Hotellin läheisyydestä pääsee helposti bussilla metroon, mutta matkustelussa kuluu jokin verran aikaa.
