Holiday Home 'Casa Il Butto' with Mountain View, Shared Garden and Balcony

Casa Il Butto is a detached holiday home with a shared garden, located in the historic center of Erve, just a few kilometers from Lake Como. Once a barn, it was completely renovated in 2024. Now, the house is welcoming and ideal for families and small groups seeking fresh air and peace at the foot of Monte Resegone.



The house is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to five guests. It features a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and other appliances, two bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine, and a living room with a sofa bed. On the second floor, you will find a private balcony where you can relax in the evening.



Casa Il Butto is child-friendly and provides a cot, accessories, books, and toys free of charge. In the front garden, you can enjoy a picnic; blanket and basket are provided at no extra cost. Families with children are especially welcome.



Surrounded by nature, the house offers a TV and Wi-Fi. An iron is available on request. Air conditioning is not needed: simply open the windows to enjoy the fresh air.



Public street parking is free. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or parties are not permitted.
