”1. Misleading Gluten-Free Promise
Prior to our arrival, I contacted the hotel to confirm they could accommodate a guest with celiac disease. I was assured there would be gluten-free options available. In reality, the only offering was a single type of gluten-free bun—served every morning for the entire week. There were no cereals, muesli, or granola alternatives. This lack of variety was not only disappointing but unacceptable given the dietary needs communicated in advance.

”For our first week we arrived to a practically empty hotel (just two weeks prior to Easter), with only some elderly people on golf holidays. Free parking always available, bar tender practically there only for you. Unfortunately this reflected also to dinner offering, which somewhat improved the closer we got to easter with more guests. But I don’t think that’s fair. Why did we deserve less/worse options when there were fever guests?

”Washing machine but no clothes horse!
Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning.
On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack”

”Die Lage war sehr gut, strandnah und Blick auf das Meer von der Terrasse aus. Dachterrasse mit sehr schönem Blick. Schöne Einrichtung und bequeme Betten. Einzig, daß Gläser nicht genügend da waren. Nur ein paar Weingläser für so eine große Villa ist zu wenig. Der Geschirrspüler im Haupthaus war defekt und wurde trotz Reklamation nicht repariert. Wir mussten alles in das Nebenhaus schleppen und die Maschine hat nicht wirklich sauber gespült. Da könnte man mal was neues funktionierendes...

”Zimmer war groß und ordentlich. Check in hat einfach funktioniert. Frühstück war ordentlich und eine große Auswahl. Poolbereich groß. Ein Baby Pool und ein Kinder Becken mit Piraten Schiff welches mal wieder etwas Pflege bekommen könnte.
Am letzten Tag war eine Riesen Veranstaltung die das Hotel aber gut gemeistert hat und man als Gast nicht viel Abstriche machen musste. Restaurants waren geschlossen wegen dieser. Aber es war mit einem Zettel im Zimmer darauf hier gewiesen. Im großen und Ganzen...
