”From the moment I stepped into the house, I was welcomed with open arms by the wonderful hostess, Abir. She made me feel immediately at home and like I was staying with family. This place is magical, filled with history and generations of stories. The room had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. But what made my stay truly special was the warmth and genuine hospitality. I would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting the holy town...

”The ‘quaint guest house’ was not what we expected, it was, we thought, more like a backpackers hostel. Nowhere on the website does it mention that most rooms are accessible via a steep flight of stairs, after a recent knee replacement operation I wouldn’t have booked this accommodation if I had known. The standard of the rooms was extremely poor; the rooms look nothing like the website. We didn’t book the economy or basic rooms and I dread to think what they were like. We were concerned...
