”What an amazing stay, from the moment you step in you see that a lot of thought was put both to the rooms and the public places. We enjoyed our stay and Stefano's hospitality.
The location is a bit isolated and you will need a car but that's also what makes it great, few minutes walk from various beaches the nearest town is only few minutes away.

”An excellent stay during our few days in the Palermo area. Quick commute into the touristy city-center, Free parking onsite, Wonderful pool and PRIVATE beach (hotel also lent us towels as we were traveling light), beautiful sunsets and restaurant to end our days, the staff were very welcoming and helpful (thank you for directing us to FREE parking in the city!), the breakfast was delicious and plentiful (Grazie Ale for soy milk cappuccinos!). It was a haven during our 10 days traveling around...
”Perfect for my requirements as I spend very little time at the accommodation. It had a bed, shower and a little kitchen so I could make a snack and coffee.
Hosts were excellent in both communication and welcome.
As far as location goes, it couldn’t be better. Right in the centre of Historic Palermo without it. Wing complicated to find or get to. Everything if interest literally 5 to 10 minutes away.

”Overall this was a good budget friendly option. For the price it was cery clean and the staff wre very friendly. I would clarify that the breakfast was only on the first day and only a bag of cookies and a smashed muffin. And while it is close to some areas of interest, i would make sure to get a few bus tickets if you want to venture further than the Norman palace or Palermo Cathedral. ”
”Walking up to the property you would think you were in the wrong part of town. Even looking the door you would be skeptical. However, once you enter, everything was fabulous. Great staff, clean property, very nice accommodations. It was evident the property has just been remodeled in some areas and there are some punch-list items that need to be finished. Gym needs more equipment. Aside from that, our stay was great. I would stay again.”
