Villa Padangi is a beautiful villa with garden and swimming pool in Gallipoli, one of the most beautiful and famous holiday destinations in Salento, Puglia. The villa for 8 guests is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, outdoor furniture, barbecue, internet, washing machine,
dishwasher, tapis-roulant, coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster,
parking area, library, mosquito nets, tv, alarm system and so much more.
In the property, in designated fenced areas, there are a horse, goats
and ducks kept by the owners. Pets are not allowed.

The
villa with swimming pool Villa Padangi is ideal for a holiday with
family or friends. The outdoor area is large and well-equipped, with
swimming pool with solarium, surrounded by the green lawn. By the
swimming pool there are 2 furnished gazebos with outdoor lounge. The
villa is framed by a spacious porch, with is accessible by a few steps
and furnished with sofa, rocking chair and outdoor gondola chair.
The rooms are cozy, bright and spacious. The villa opens into an open space
with dining area by the sofa, living room with library and tv, modern,
well-equipped open kitchen with isle. Moreover, by the sofas there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, while by the fireplace there is the door that takes to two more bedrooms: a twin bedroom with tv and a bedroom with French-size bed with tv and a bathroom with shower.
From the kitchen, the guests have access to the porch with wooden covering, kitchenette and dining area. Furthermore, there is a beautiful fireplace at the centre of the porch and access to the garden.
The villa is introduced by a big gate with driveway that takes to the garden and the parking area, an outdoor bathroom with sink and toilet, an outdoor shower and the fenced areas for the animals in
the estate such as the horse, ducks and goats. The owners have access
to the villa from another door which they use when they feed the animals
or clean the swimming pool.

Villa Padangi is in the countryside of Gallipoli.
The centre of the Città Bella is less than 4 kilometers away. The villa
is close to the old town centre and the shopping area, the many
restaurants and the cocktail at the harbor with raw fish. The villa is
close to the beaches, such as Rivabella, Padula Bianca and Lido Conchiglie, but also Lido San Giovanni, Baia Verde, Lido del Pizzo and Punta della Suina.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The owners have access to the villa from another door which they use when they feed the animals or clean the swimming pool.
