Appartamento Sara is a holiday home for 8 guests in Gallipoli,
less than 150 meters away from the seaside location Lido San Giovanni.
The apartment is on the raised ground floor of an apartment building and
it has two entrances and a small but exclusive courtyard. The apartment
is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, tv, electric oven, hair-dryer. Pets are not allowed.

Appartamento Sara is on the ground floor of an apartment building,
near the seafront promenade. The floor of the apartment a few steps
higher than the street. The apartment has two accesses: the main one of
the apartment building and another access from a private gate that opens
into the exclusive courtyard of Appartamento Sara. The courtyard is equipped with a wicker dining area and with sink.
THe holiday home opens into a small room that takes to the four-bed room. The corridor takes to the other rooms: the kitchen, another four-bed room
and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double
bed and bunk bed and equipped with accessories such as air conditioning
and tv. The washing machine is in the bathroom.

Appartamento Sara is a holiday home in Gallipoli, 130 meters away from the closest beach (Lido Piccolo) and the seafront promenade of Lido San Giovanni. The amenities are at your fingertips. The old town centre of Gallipoli is within walking distance, since it`s 2 kilometers away, while the beaches of Baia Verde are less than 1 kilometer away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The flat is on the ground floor of a condominium, but it is raised a few steps above the street.
- The flat has two entrances: the main one of the condominium and a private gate that opens onto a private garden.
