Villa Domy is a holiday home near the beautiful beaches of Gallipoli, in Baia Verde, that accommodates up to 10 guests, with large outdoor equipped areas. It`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, tv, mosquito nets, outdoor shower. Moreover, there is a baby cot. Pets are allowed.

The
villa is entirely fenced and introduced by the parking area and a
porch. The porch, protected by gratings, is furnished with table and
chairs. At the back there is a tree-lined driveway furnished with table,
chairs, hammock and gazebo with dining area.
Villa Domy is
spacious and cozy. It opens into the living room with dining area and
double sofa bed. The well-equipped and spacious kitchen is adjacent.
Moreover, there is a bathroom with shower.
The corridor takes to the three bedrooms that
are double, triple and twin with ensuite bathroom with shower. The air
conditioning is in every bedroom. The tenth bed accommodation is on
folding bed.

Villa
Domy is in Gallipoli, in the area Baia Verde. The beaches are within
walking distance, 250 meters away. Gallipoli is one of the most loved
tourist destinations in Salento, thanks to the variety of what it has to
offer, from the old town centre to its bars, the shopping area but also
the cultural and hiking events.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 54 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
