sea always in your eyes.
Attico Smeraldo is developed between
fourth and fifth floors of an elegant condominium on the coast of
Gallipoli. Both floors are accessible by elevator.
On the fourth floor a hallway separates the living room with open kitchen, relaxation area with sofa and TV, from the sleeping area consisting of 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. The floor is completed by a second bathroom complete with shower, a balcony overlooking the sea and a balcony at the back.
The fifth floor
can be reached either by the condominium`s elevator or by internal
stairs that start from the living room on the lower floor and lead to a spacious relaxation room with a corner sofa, from which one exits to the amazing panoramic terrace with pool and sea view.
The floor is completed by a second apartment with kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 shower room.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
