The studio apartment is located in a condominium with an elevator, on the second floor.
The spaces are well distributed in the single room. There is an open kitchen and dining room, 1 sofa bed for two people and 1 foldaway double bed. The balcony is equipped with the kitchenette and washing machine.

The apartment is ideal for couples or families up to 4 people, about 250 meters from the beautiful beaches of Baia Verde, both free and equipped.
Baia Verde is located in Gallipoli, a popular seaside vacation destination in Salento, chosen not only for the beauty of its beaches but also for its ancient traditions, authentic rituals, rich cultural activity, countless services and lively evening and nightlife.

 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE PROVIDED, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.
Rental of optional linen (towels and sheets) at the price of euro 20  per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 15 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
