It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen/living room with a sleeper sofa, and one bathroom. There are two balconies, one of which is furnished with a table and chairs, making it ideal for enjoying meals in peace and relaxing. The apartment features air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine, an outdoor shower, and private parking.<br><br><br><br> ON-SITE: Sheets and towels: guests may choose to bring their own or, upon request, rent them for 15 per person for the entire duration of their stay. Tourist tax: 1 per night per person (ages 16 and up) <br><br> For groups of young people, a security deposit of 200 is required, to be paid in cash at check-in. It will be refunded at the end of the stay, also in cash, after the property has been inspected and provided that the rules were followed during the stay.<br><br> A private shuttle service to and from airports and train stations is available for an additional fee.
