Room was nice and the bed was comfortable! My biggest upset was that there was construction happening in the room next to us. I was hoping for a morning sleeping in but that didn’t happen once the construction began. Would be nice if they didn’t book rooms close to one under repair.

The Plaza Hotel Columbus at Capital Square
We appreciated the customer service. The new owner was a lovely man. Our room's heat did not work so they gave us a new room and a bag of some snacks and drinks.

Wyndham Columbus
Hot tub cold again. Had to get the room keys to get reprogramed even though we booked the room for 6 daus. This happened 2x. Very annoying since we park by our room and days.
