”1. Toilet should have soft closure
2. Guider for birdwatcher and nature walk are good but can do better. For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best i suggest give a guideline on topic to show and say. And if possible collect or take picture for animal evidence like bird feathers, otter walk around the estate, snake skin. ”

”I had a miserable 2-night stay here. The air conditioning failed in the middle of the first night, and I woke up drenched in sweat because the room was incredibly hot.
I informed the host in the morning before heading to work. While they offered a technician then, I was out and couldn't be there. However, the real frustration started when I returned. ”This place needs major upkeep. The room was disgusting. We supposed to stay two nights. No way, we left the next day and booked another hotel. I lost my money in the night we didn’t stay, but it was worth it. Also had a major ant problem. Wife couldn’t sleep as she said she kept feeling thing crawl on her.”
