This country villa is a spacious, recently renovated agritourism property, surrounded by a charming garden and featuring a private pool. With views of the Tuscan hills, it’s the perfect place for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany for families and groups of friends.
The “A Casa di Franca” Villa is perfect for groups of up to 12 people, but can accommodate up to 14 thanks to its spacious 223 m² floor area, equipped with all the amenities to make your stay unforgettable.
Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms with sofa beds that convert into single or double beds.
First floor: 2 spacious living rooms, one with a sitting area and fireplace, equipped with two double sofa beds and an accessible bathroom.

We kindly ask our guests to use the air conditioners properly and responsibly, avoiding energy waste.
We recommend keeping them on only when necessary, with doors and windows closed, and turning them off when leaving the room.

In addition to the scenic and cultural treasures that the region of Tuscany has to offer, we invite you to enjoy the experiences and points of interest recommended by the Santa Lucia Farm – “A Casa di Franca”: you’ll find plenty of options for wine and olive oil tastings, walking routes and excursions in the surrounding area, and local activities.
Upon request, we can organize personalized tours and accommodate any need, from a private driver to a horseback ride or a Tuscan cooking class.

We would like to inform you that, to contribute to this mission, we have adopted a policy of charging for energy consumption solely and exclusively for air conditioners. This system not only helps us manage resources responsibly but also encourages all of us to reflect on the importance of mindful consumption.
To determine the payment amount, we will take a meter reading both before your arrival and at check-out, so we can calculate the actual energy consumption from the air conditioners. On average, the rate is €1/hour.
