I wasn’t happy when I checked in late to find out that they mixed up my booking for the next day, didn’t get an apologie and I ended up with a random room, dirty old bathroom, didn’t get any room service as making the bed or replacing the towels, nothing at all for the 4 days of my stay. Not going ...

Yes, parking was easy. Room was clean. Staff member was extremely helpful.. which was what I needed after a really long drive. Definitely staying there again.
