”Nice hotel just by the Knysna lagoon and waterfront. Big heated pool, clean rooms and good breakfast. We stayed 3 nights (parents and son). It is a great location to make daytrips around Knysna and Plettenberg Bay. Excellent restaurants near the hotel. ”

”Location is great, place has a great view, pity as it was winter because the pool looked inviting. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice, we would stay again. Pleased we didn’t just drive past the area. ”

”i liked how quaint the video place was! the our place was beautiful and i loved being able to walk around the property. the only note i had was there were a few ants during my stay but it didn’t bother me. ”

”The standard room is high quality, beds are big and comfortable. The staff is professional. The Cucina restaurant is good for casual dining and the Waterside is upscale. Swimming pools are usually quite modest in South African hotels, but this is absolutely good. The Hyatt is quite expensive but still good value.”
