”I never leave negative reviews and overall we loved the hotel. Beware, however, the hotel charged me a balance remaining between them and Expedia stating I needed to seek a refund from Expedia for them underpaying my stay. I paid the same price on Expedia as the advertised hotel rate. I was also charged for parking on property and did not. I’ve left messages since my stay for the GM and have not heard back him.”

And the whole place smells like a construction zone. Normally, has been a nice place when they have their stuff together. Personally, I believe the place should be closed until the renovations are complete. But if not, let guests know what is going on in advance.”

”There were roaches all over the room and the bathroom. They were climbing out of the air conditioner! The room was described as having a bath tub but it was a tiny stand up shower. The pool was not open at the end of June in Virginia. I packed my swim suit but couldn't swim. There were burn holes all over the comforter. I definitely wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.”
