”We stay at many Hiltons, and this one was not very clean. There was dog smell all over, the hotel tries to cover it up with a strong scent. Our shower did not work; room smelled like mold and beds were very hard. The pool was not kept up, very dirty my kids did not want to get in. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.”

”It met my basic needs. Complaints: A shower head that leaked all over; the desk chair is shot and unadjustable; my original room had no air conditioning for the Dallas heat and they knew it beforehand--the AC was broken and all of its knobs and buttons were missing. Having to beg a room at 10:30 pm after having booked it weeks earlier is bad form.”

”Para empezar, el personal fue grosero desde que hicimos check in, después entramos a la habitación y las amenidades estaban sucias (refrigeración, refrigerador, microondas) las toallas olían feo y estaban manchadas, las sábanas estaban de muy baja calidad. En general todas las amenidades necesitan ser cambiadas, parece que no las han cambiado en años. Pero definitivamente la peor parte fue que encontramos cucarachas dentro de la habitación e invadieron nuestras maletas. Definitivamente no lo...

”This is a lovely hotel, clean and tidy with amazing staff from reception, catering and cleaning. Can’t fault it as a hotel. A few restaurants nearby but not much else. If you’re coming to Dallas, Garland is a good 45 mins away by car so make sure you have one as Public transport is zero. If you haven’t got a car be prepared to pay between $50 and $100 each way to get into central Dallas or Fort Worth…”

”The property was not maintained well at all. I was dirty and chipped paint on the furniture and walls. The carpet was dirty too. The breakfast area had torn seats. The toilet didn’t work in the room. I had to switch rooms after maintenance said they fixed it. The new room bathroom sink water pressure was so high that I got soaked trying to wash my hands. I will never stay here again!”
