We had a very easy & professional check in (Adelena) who also reccomended me to join the loyalty scheme. The room was excellent and more than adequate for our 3 nights. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of options. Really lovely hotel with friendly staff.

Village Hotel Swansea
Everything was ok, breakfast was a bit manic, didn't have milk in the coffee machine and there didn't seem to be much room in the breakfast area.

The hotel was right next to the train station, so very convenient as a base for travelling in the area as we did.
