Neglected rental
Host was unresponsive and not concerned about the uncleaned home when we arrived. Food scraps in the kitchen and dirt all over the floors. Ceiling fans caked with dust. Only 4 out of 5 bedrooms were usable because the entire basement was unbearably musty. Mistakenly opened a door in the basement ...

We checked in very late because of a medical issue. They had no record of our reservation, even though I had called the day before to alert them of a late check in. It worked out okay, but definitely caused some concern. They told me they didnât use Hotels.com⊠what is the problem ???

From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left, every staff member we met was extremely nice, likable, and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend Cobblestone. Michelle E.
