âI had a great stay at this Fairfield. I live in west TN but had surgery in Chicago and needed to stay somewhat close for the night before going home. I am on crutches because I had a hip replaced and the front desk put me in a room right off the lobby and in front of the breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable, Iâm having my other hip done and Iâll be staying there again. â

âThis is my go to hotel when traveling to the area. Rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Many, if not all, have been remodeled. The staff is always super nice! Amy, the manager, was quick to resolve a minor charge that was due to be refunded from a prior visit. Appreciate you all. See you next time!â

âOur family stayed five nights in two queen sixed beds rooms. Rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeping came everyday.
Our rooms were next to the nearby highway and the traffic noises were quite loud.
Breakfast was better than in other hotels we stayed: pancakes, boiled eggs, breakfast muffins, yoghurt, cerials, bagels, fruit...
Only minus was hotel wifi which did not really worked anywhere.
Everything went well: staff was friendly and they responded quickly when needed. Our bathroom faucet...

âI booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didnât work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out whatâs wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....

âWe arrived Friday evening expecting a safe, standard stay, but immediately encountered serious concerns. There was a strong odor of marijuana in the parking lot and throughout the building. The lobby and hallways were chaotic, with multiple unsupervised children running, yelling, and no visible staff intervention.

The staff especially Amanda was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and so kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean however my first room we checked into had a terrible pet order smell. However Amanda and her team took care of that and got me moved to another room and that room was so much better. Both rooms were clean but the first one just had that pet Odor.
